Dr. Darryl Koch, DC, CCSP

Originally from Western New York, Dr. Koch (pronounced "cook") was educated at Syracuse University where he earned his Business Administration degree.  Darryl became a chiropractic patient for neck and back injuries he sustained in an auto accident in 1993.  After receiving effective care from physical medicine, Dr. Koch decided to become a chiropractor.  He earned his doctorate degree from New York Chiropractic College in 1998. 

Dr. Koch received his Chiropractic Sports Physician certification (CCSP) in 1998 and his acupuncture certification in May 2015.  Darryl's experience resonates with athletes, as well as patients who are looking to maintain their everyday lifestyle and activity.   Dr. Koch is dedicated to treating typical spine-related injuries, headaches, chronic pain and specializes in sports and extremity pain.  He has further expanded his technique and knowledge base by attending numerous continuing education seminars including upper cervical techniques, functional neurology, Neuro-Muscular Reeducation (NMR), work place ergonomics, whiplash, sports injuries and Acupuncture. 

Prior to moving to Vermont in 2005, Darryl owned and operated a chiropractic clinic in Geneseo, New York for seven years.   He lives in Essex with his wife, Aimee and their two sons, Braeden and Ethan.
